Pathetic Marketing

Im irritated with the poor marketing and service from Vodacom
They advertise that certain smartphones can be traded-in for a newer version of the phone, i saw it advertised in their monthly magazine the iphone 4S for the iphone5 can be traded.

I converse with their twitter handle everything is fine and i read their terms and conditions, only to be told when i hand in my 4S to get the 5 i need to pay 2 different contracts including the handed in phone

im sick of their poor service and want something done as i dont earn much money but have been severly been charged for DATA before.
