Coverage map inaccurate

The 3G/2G coverage map for data is really not accurate. Im currently on holiday in Mtunzini (KZN) and there is absolutely NO reception from 8ta. The coverage map clearly indicates that this area has 3 G coverage. This is really a counter productive situation for me and affects my professional duties negatively. I also believe its enough reason to cancel the contract.
