CALLED 4 Times for my airtime voucher not working

I bought Airtime at Klerksdorp for R20 on the 28 march 2013. And the pin code did not work so I called the *188# to help me and they told me to wait for 24hr to try again and on the30 march I called again to assist since the voucher is not working and they told me they will send an email to their manager and within 1 hour I will have the airtime, they took the pin code and serial no and on the 31 march I called again telling them its been 3 days now and have not received help from 8ta but only empty promises and if that is the service they offer. I need my R20 of airtime that I purchased.anyone pls help I don't know if it takes the whole year for 8Ta to help but they must stop lying to customers on the phone if they can't help.on the 31march the guy told me the airtime will appear on the phone at 11pm and now it has passed that. I am so tired of false promise from the 8ta call center I just need my airtime.is it hard to do that.
