Phone not repaired

I took my Vodacom contracted Blackberry into Vodashop Canal Walk for repairs as the phone would keep restarting once the battery got to half empty. Not only has it not been repaired but its much worse now. The battery from fully charged now only lasts for - 2 hours! Along with that it seems the technician who handled my phone used it for private use as I now have a threatening WhatsApp message on my phone which is definitely not intended for me!?
Getting to Vodashop Canal Walk for me is a long trip of - 1.5 hours one way and I am now extremely reluctant to return it for further investigation, also who knows who will be using for personal use next and if it will be repaired at all??
