Shocking service

I love my I phone 4. I have had it for 18 months and it is the best phone that I have ever had. The screen is cracked but the phone still works and I haven't had time to have it repaired. However, for the past 2 weeks, it has been deleting contacts and since this morning won't type. As a doctor, I need my phone for work and wanted to get it repaired as soon as possible.

I took it to the service department at the I store in Canal Walk for advice, the gentleman at the counter did not bother to look at or listen to me. He stated the obvious, that the screen is cracked and that my phone is past warranty. I was advised to either buy an I phone 5 or google a repair shop called I- fix to get the screen fixed. When I tried again to explain that I was being misunderstood, he's simply called the next customer.

Is there someone who can assist me in getting my phone checked and repaired, I need it for work.
