MTN DOES NOT VALUE THERE CUSTOMERS

I got an MTN account for the last 10 years about 3 weeks ago i decided to take out a tablet contract with them (MTN) so i gave them a call on 083 123 3667 i did the necessary requirements with a sales consultant over the tel-phone, i was told that they need 2 to 48 hours to do a credit check on me and to approve there after they will send me an sms if i had been approved or not i received an sms say i am not not approved so i gave them (MTN) a call to ask them why i had been dis approved, they told me that they did a credit check on me with ITC and ITC GIVE ME A BAD RATING so i asked them to give me ITC phone number witch they did i gave ITC a call an all was well got back to MTN say ITC saying all is well i asked them to talk to a manager about it, witch they did and still there was no joy. I did say to MTN i my a customer that spends an average of 1500 rand a month with one number and you get your money in time i do not see why i should be dis approved. i was rather disturbed about the way the matter was handle and that as a customer of MTN for the last 10 year am i doing business with a company that does not value me and i would like to know a way forward
