Unethical Deductions of R13000

No matter how clear we explain to Centracom, no matter how slow you explain to them, they still dont understand!
We had a trial period using their service, with an agreement that they deduct only a maximum R200.00 per month... however our first invoice received a bill of R13000.00!!!
After telephone conversation explaining to them they poorly stated that someone 'hacked' our telephone line and made overseas phone calls (we have not seen any of these on our records...)
again the next month and the 3rd month they deducted R13000.00...
The CEO is unreachable, and the consultants want 'their' money...
Companies, do not trust Centracom!!!
