Faulty phone since 21 Fe

So when we were eventually notified to collect the so called repaired phone only to realize it doesn't even switch on & I once again logged a complain on hellopeter, Nomonde contacted me. I don't think she can read because if she could she would have read my story on hellopeter in the first place. This took place on or about the 19th of March. She undertook to call me within a day it is now the 31st & I am still waiting! MTN is pathetic pls never ever take out contracts with them. Nomonde or sumaya or Oscar PLEASE come and fetch ur stupid broken phone from me. I have stopped my debit order & I know now you will phone me very quickly because you r so pathetic that u will make calls for a mere R500 instead of sorting out a faulty phone which will bring you more business you stupid fools!!! So I am without a phone but luckily for me and for you, Vodacom is not so pathetic & you can call me on my Vodacom number. Let's see how competent you r finding that number of mine... I'm waiting lol
