I am an 8ta client with 5 contracts _one of which i only got one month ago-iphone. On Saturday all mey phones where put onto sos and telling me that Sim not provisioned:2.I phoned customer care to log a complaint on saturday afternoon and was told they will get back to me as the technical department will deal with it within 2 hours and of course as usual no come back from 8ta.phoned 4 times after that spoke to the "manager" laugh.. and was told that it will take 72 hours for them to come back to me. Also that I canceled my contracts-have you ever-try cancel a cell phone contract joke. You cant, but i had managed to do this with a brand new one month old iphone contract. I have lost bussiness now for 2 days, have yelled screamed and thrown my toys -to no prevail they are sorry for what has happened but can not do a thing as they cannot contact there technical department only send a case THIS IS THE BIGGEST JOKE OF A COMPANY AND IF YOU GUYS WANT TO TRY COMPETE WITH THE OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS OUT THERE YOU SHOUL FIRE ALLL YOUR CUSTER SERVICE STAFF AND MANAGERS AND GET SOME PEOPLE WHO REALLY CARE AND CAN REALLY HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS.Promises and sorries and nothing can be done is no good.
