Cant stay on hold forever & been cut off 6 times

Hi there

This is the worst call center in history. I have wasted too much time trying to get hold of an agent. I need to get hold of my Telkom contract/service agreement for my fixed & adsl line. Please can this be sent to me via my email address I receive all comms on.
