MTN not willing to even look at my data bill

I have the new Blackberry Z10 and recently discovered that my battery was not lasting as long as it should.
I decided to phone MTN for assistance. However when you dial 808 you receive an update on your unbilled balance. Mine is usually -R600 however this morning it was R3, 800.

I asked the conultant why it was so high. I was told it was "Data usage" I asked for clarity on the usage and was told that I cannot query an unbilled invoice, they will not look at it for me. I need to know what is using the data, as I am not! But MTN refuse to assist.

I went to the MTN store at Northgate who tried to help, and were able to look at my bill, but got no help from the Data call centre when they called them. we phoned 808 together and my bill is now R4, 900! mtn STILL refuse to look at my unbilled balance even though it will now cost me about R1, 000 a day if the current trend continues.

MTN are also unabel to get help from Blackberry to find out what is causing the download, as no app needs that much Data. I am now stuck with a Blackberry that I cannot use for fear of incurring charges. I need help!
