Incomptetent Staff and NO SERVICE

Just over a month ago I took out a contract with Vodacom and received a Blackberry phone. Around 3 weeks ago it did not want to connect to BIS or the Internet (I'm paying for the service) and I took the phone in to have it checked. It was sent away and software reloaded. I was notified to fetch it seeing that it was fixed and upon my arrival I checked it. What a surprise... it was not fixed. Again it was sent away and AGAIN the software was upgraded (on a BRAND NEW PHONE). Today when I received the notification, I again took time off work to go and collect it. Guess what? IT STILL DOES NOT WORK!!! Nobody can authorise for the phone to be replaced and AGAIN it needs to be sent away? In addition to this they lost my memory card and have the audacity to tell me that they never had it? Guys? Seriously? For such a big organization this is UNBELIEVABLE customer service!!! I have never seen this in my life! I WANT A NEW PHONE! And I am not waiting another week for it. I will go and buy a new phone AND YOU WILL REFUND ME!!!
