Horrible Service- brand new device

On Monday 25th March, I received an email from the e Service department about my complaint posted on Saturday 23rd March. I was advised on Saturday, that I would be contacted by a consultant and nobody from Vodacom has even bothered to give me a call. My complaint was clearly stated and not one of the issues addressed by this Senior Consultant. I understand these people are trying to do thier jobs but the non shalant attitude about my query is just appalling. The consultant is simply relaying what the Service Centre Consultant has already told me without solving the fact that I will not have mobile phone to use in the interim. As far as I'm concerned this is a faulty device and I should not be inconvenienced because of this. My husband and I have had different contracts with Vodacom for many years and I can assure you that this will be the last 2 that I will spend another cent on Vodacom. There are many companies that offer the same products but it is the service that sets them apart. I do intend on taking this matter further should Vodacom not grant me the service that is expected.
