My daughter Mariska Roberts id number 900205 0096 087 has two contracts with MTN. One came up for cancellation October 2012. We could not dial to 083 numbers from our landlines. We went to Clearwater Mall on a Sunday to cancel the contract, just to be informed that it cannot be done on a Sunday.

On the following Monday we went back to Clearwater Mall and MTN arranged via a telephone call to MTN to cancel the one contract. About 3 weeks ago we went back to MNT Clearwater Mall to cancel the second contract that was up for cancellation. With a SHOCK we found out that the one that we cancelled in November was never cancelled and that my daughter is still paying for it. I need MTN to sort this out urgently and due to this I will never ever make use of MTN again!!
