MTN and LastMile Technologies wasting time

MTN eventually sent their sub-contractor LastMile Technologies to sort out my 3G reception. They made an appointment to come of Wednesday the 27, they pitched up late and could not do the job because they did not have the correct parts?? They promised to return the next morning first thing, but the 10'o'clock when no one arrived I had to phone around to try and get hold of them. Just to be told that they would not be comming and did not even both to let me know.

I had to put in 2 days leave from work waiting around for these clowns and still have nothing

This is how much they care about their clients, hire cheap useless sub contractors who mess you around
