Smartcell technologies have taken money from my cellular account for the past 3 months amounting to R550 per month. I realised this after checking my phone bill with Cell C. I called Cell clC and was told that it was Smartcell taking my money and that they have no relationship with them. I called smartcell demanding a refund because I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE! I spoke to an absolutely useless consultant who couldn't even assist. She just told me that she couldn't help me with my refund and gave me a different number to call where I still wasn't assisted. I work very hard for my money and for liie Smartcell to just from me oioe this is unacceptable! I want my refund!
