Contractors mess up and Builders have no follow up

I spent R30, 000 to have wooden floors installed at my house and was advised to use the builders contractors complete the installation. I had to eventually go back to builders myself to find out when the contractors were going to complete the job after not returning for over a week. The lady that asisted me at Randburg was extremely helpful and very professional. After the contractors returning twice to complete the job that was still not completed, I made contact with the owner of the company responsible for installing by the name of Narsuur and he promised to personally come visit my house next day. Needless to say this was not done and instead sent crew again who arrived with an attitude and made us feel like they were doing us a favor. When I got home I again was not happy with the work done and they messed up my vinyl that I was installing on the outside stairs - this had nothing to do with them and should not have been touched!!! On this occasion I contacted builders again and spoke to Walter who said he would sort out with Nasuur. Nasuur eventually arrived and told me problems would be sorted. 10days later, still not even a follow upcall from builders or Nasuur!
