5 Hours Late on Delivery and still waiting

CCD was supposed to deliver my new FNB card before 10 this morning. It is now 3 o'clock in the afternoon, had to reschedule all my appointments for the day so far, had to reschedule my doctor's appointment twice, and will now eventually phone him to postpone till tomorrow, since I have to sit and wait for someone to eventually turn up. I have phoned them almost every hour, and each time I am just told the delivery guy will be there soon. 5 HOURS is not soon. You are wasting my time. FNB already deactivated my old card, so at this stage I cannot draw money etc. What the. Can anyone just tell me at what time the guy will actually decide to show up?
