As expected, since my previous debacle with Telkom, which did get resolved after posting on your web site, I am being billed for a service that did not exist. The previous problem involved getting a second line installed with ADSL as requested early February. The physical line and ADSL were eventually installed on the 28th of February. Now I get billed for a non-existing line, W/Ender plan, and DSL service from 05 February to 03 March when there wasn't even a physical line coming into my property. Call 10210 Accounts Dep and there only advice is to pay the bill and wait for the next invoice! As an aside, the post office strike ensured I got the Telkom invoice after the due date as well. But that is not Telkom's problem of course.
