I have business contract with Vodacom and I have been their customer for almost 10 years, I'm not happy with the manner which I had to be inconvenienced by my service provider who claims to "make you smile" whilst it is just a publicity stunt. My problems started when my instrument started freezing randomly, then connection error, then insert sim card etc, I booked it in between 11-13/03/2013, I was told to collect it after two (2) days. The same problem re-occurred and I again had to drive all the way from Krugersdorp to Midrand. Its costly, time consuming back and forth. It seems their technicians are trainees, how can u perform software upgrade only when the instrument has so many defects and when I call 0821944 to complain this morning, I was told they only deal with live incident; my instrument was collected so there is nothing to assist with.

I must for the third (3) time drive from Westrand to Midrand and incur costs, abscond work to get a raw deal and poor service. I'm not impressed at all and you wait for more than 10minutes whilst consultants chatting not prioritizing clients, you must wait for the vibrator to beep
