Autopage
Missing smss

Kindly assist. I have been a customer of MTN for many years but only since last year I have experienced REAL problems. I send smss and some of them are not delivered so I have to do it again. I also dont receive many replies (I know there are replies because I get contacted via email as people wonder why I am not getting back to them). The numbers are local, some international, mtn, vodacom. I went to get some help at Autopage cellular at Pav, but after 30 min with supervisor of that branch and new sim card I was told that there is nothing wrong. Clearly something is wrong as I am missing many smss and friends and customers think that I just dont reply.
I have used another phone to check if it is the phone, but same problem. Any ideas?
