4 Faults since the beginning of 2013

We have reached wits end! We run a company and our lines (Both of them) are constantly experiencing problems! On the main line we have so far reported 4 faults since the beginning of the year. This is bad for our business. Its the second time that we've had crossed lines too. And to make matters worse, the first time it happened the other party dialed numbers to their hearts content! 2 Telkom technicians came to fix the line on Monday and the service was restored _ but only for a few hours. During this time 1 of the Techs asked to use the loo - and urinated all over the seat. Money also disappeared out of one of my staffs wallets!! Trying to get hold of the Regional Manager is impossible too. Numbers given by Telkom (either via their call centers or websites) for their regional managers either don't work or go straight to voice mail. We cant work like this and i'd appreciate some one doing something about this ASAP!!
