Cell C - Typically useless

Cell C!! this is my second complaint on hello peter for the exact same problem and i have heard NOTHING from you. One promise that an imaginable "Sisa" will contact me... needless to say he never did.

I have called in to Cell C so many times i can't even count the number of calls i have made!! i have written emails!! i have exhausted all reasonable means of trying to fix YOUR mistake for you and you have been less than useless or helpful! my last resort will be to go the legal route, which is looking really good at the moment.

I am sick and tired of your empty promises and incompetence! fix your mistake NOW please!! and i want to be refunded for all the money you have from my bank account!!
