In September i entered into a contract with MTN SP for two cellphones (after a very long struggle that is). I was told that i could get insuarance for the phones but no deadline was given to me as to when i cannot be able to get it. End of October i called the MTN SP Insuarance people to insuare my phones and they refreed to to a branch as they could not do it over the phone. I then went to a branch who told me to call MTN SP Insuarance, this was the issue and have been going around in circles the whole time as no1 can help me at a store and no1 can do it for me at the callcentre. This month one of my phones got, went into the store in Carlton centre to get my sim card replaced and still the lady referred me to the MTNSP Insuarance for insuarence. I called on the 27th of March @ 9.43 and spoke to Bongani, he blantly and rudely told me that he wont insure my phone as it is more than 5months old and there is nothing i can do about it, i should go and complain on Hellopeter. Is that customer service and he was not even keen on listening to me??? So i want to know if MTN is saying its my fault that my phones are not insuared when its their bad service that made it impossible for me.
