First National Bank
FNB refusing to refund my money afte

Business & Finance

My cards were in the early morning of 20/07/2013 and an amount of R7800 was withdrawn within 30 minutes, any reasonable bank would have stopped so much money being withdrawn in so little time and to make it worse one of the cards that was used to withdraw my money is a card that earlier in the year FNB sent me a message to say that it has expired and i will not be able to withdraw money with it. i do not understand how is it possible for people to withdraw my money when i didn't give them my pin and why is fnb not giving the footage to the police to arrest the perpertrators since i also opened a case. In the same accident my phone was and i have insuarance with FNB and they are refusing to cover all the costs stating that they will only cover for the amount i had already paid, then what is comprehensive insuarance for because if i didn't claim in the 2 years fnb was not going to refund me for my premiums but now when i want to claim they are telling me that they will only cover the amount i paid? I simply find this unacceptable. Resolution: I want to be refunded my money and insuarance to cover me as they promised to do so when i signed up with them.
