Bundling of my cellphones' repair & delivery!!!

I took my cellphone to MTN Woodmead 3 weeks ago for simple repair. I called in the first week and was rudely informed by one of the consultants that I'd be called within 7 working days. Suffice it to say, nobody called me and I called in the 2nd week to find out where my cellphone was. They told me it would be delivered within the week. When next I went there in person, (because I received no updates), they told me RTT had delivered the phone to Potchefstroom. Now, 3 weeks later, I still haven't got my cellphone back, I am not receiving any regular updates from MTN, despite making that request to the manager, Linden, on several occasions. MTN has not only been unprofessional and uncaring, but they have also failed to take responsibility for this major bundle, instead blaming it on RTT. Very disappointing, considering that not one of the staff have stepped up and taken responsibility for this.
