Four weeks ago I sent my 'Wise Tablet' for repairs due to a problem with the battery.
I purchased the 'Wise Tablet' from 'Telkom' so I had to send the device through them for the repair.

I was told by the 'Sizwe Broadband' consultant that I would receive a call within 48 hours acknowledging delivary, which never happened as I had to call them to find out if they received it!
The consultant 'Aamina' confirmed delivary of the device but informed me that it hadn't been checked yet so as soon as the repair department checks it I would receive another call which also never happened. I had to take the inititave to call and find out what was going on.

A week ago I called and spoke to the same consultant (Aamina) and she informed me that they did not have stock of the parts to repair the device.she also told me that within the next week they would receive stock and she would call me informing me of updates.

It has already been a week and I still have not received any phone call yet.despite me making numerous phone calls to them, the service I am receiving is very disturbing and disappointing.

This is causing a lot of inconvenience!!!
