After a whole week of struggle to get my new device/contract sorted out and raising complaints of bad service,
I am still waiting for a call back from Roderique Lategan since last week.
Further I booked my new handset in at vodacare in vodacomworld, midrand yesterday (26/03/2013) and to no surprise to me, more bad service! First I was put in que for 40min and no place to sit and wait, I can't even sit outside because the pager they give you has no signal outside the building. When the consultant helped me, I witnessed how they have to "PICK" a lock on a apparatise with a paper clip they using for transporting the documents between stations because they didn't have a key. What the heck? I'm leaving a brand new handset worth 7k with these guys!! I had to wait another 30min for a loan unit because I can't use my current sim in my old handset because according to the consultant it will damage it. Now I have to use a loan unit that is a basic unit for more than a month. I get these high end devices because I work with them that's why I kept my old device as back up but I can't use it because Vodacom DOES'T SUPPORT IT!!!
Please vodacom either get my handset fixed ASAP or send me anothe
