Ad treatment and non disclosure of terms n condit

Cell c treated me so bad simply because of them not explaining how their contract work, when i called i could not get any joy, i then decided to visit their office in sandton n was assisted by Malcolm govender. He kept on blaming me for not reading the contract after i took a contract with them.i then went to the ceo office n was assisted by sebastin Samuel who promised to come to me the next day of which he did not.i then got a call from tuduetso who called me after four days to inform me that i owe cell c five thousand after they terminated my contract without notifying me. There is no respect for clients and few people i know n i have beentalking to are also unhappy with them. I need the highest office or ombudsman to register my complain
