Cell C Paarl's VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I lost my contract phone on the 24th October 2013 and reported it to Cell C Paarl. I have insurance so - filled in everything as it should be and waited for my new phone. About two weeks went by but nothing happened. I called Paarl and they couldn't find my paper work. I lodged a compaint at head office via email and still didn't get any feedback. So today I had enough and call head office and sorted out a problem people get paid to do. I am very unhappy with Cell C and don't feel like continuing with my contract. So I want to know what's gonna be done about this, now?
