Still NO response from Cell C

On 23 August 2013 I wrote a report on Hellpeter to complain about Cell C changing the terms of my contract mid-term; and that I felt this was not right, and that if Cell C can change their terms, I can change my mind, and cancel the contract.

Cell C then responded to say Ruth would contact me shortly, it is now 11 days later, and still no response, this is totally unacceptable.

I am contemplating doing a stop payment at the bank for my September collections, maybe that will get their attention!

I now await a response, and not just someone re-reading me the new policy.
