Getting back

I have send in my black berry. Phone to vodacom for repair because the phone froze after the 3rd time of sending the phone in getting back the same phone that last me a week I send it back again only to get a refurbished phone back nice give me some one old as a new one that same phone lasted a week and the software crashed now got it back today let's see what happen I am personily with MTN best service ever in my life.
