Chatz Cellular never activated my SIM Card

I took out a 2gb Data contract on Sunday 24 March 2013. Romano told me that the sim will be active the same day. It was never activated. It is now 2 days later and still no joy from them. He said they activated the wrong sim and said they had sent it through again to Vodacom and Deneo never did her job yesterday (Monday). When I phoned him again this morning he gave me her number and the reference number. They are the most useless people on the planet. I cannot cancel the contract as they wont give me back my connection fees. This is pathetic.
