Attitude stinks

My daughter wants to move the contract I've got in my name to move to her name. Unluckily she went to Chatz Connnect at Keywest instead of going to the Vodacom branch. The person at Chatz, who did not want to give me his name, had such an attitude. He spoke to my daughter as if she is stupid with me there in the shop. I told him straight that he must cancel everything he had done so far and we would go somewhere else. With his attitude I will never go to Chatz Connect again and maybe never use Vodacom again.
