I have upgraded my cellphone contract to an Ifone and I needed the new contract to be loaded, the contacts from my previous phone to be swopped and and MY BIS cancelled. On wednesday the 20th of march, during the day I went into the Greenstone branch to sort this out as I was informed that they would be able to do this. I had to wait in the line for 30minutes before anyone actually attended to me to actually acknowledged my existence. In this time 2 other customers had left because they had to wait for such a long time. It then becomes my turn and she then swops her sim card withy some other person who enters the store. She finally gets to me after swopping the card on her fone and then swithching it on. I then explained to the female consultant what I needed to do. I express that I am in a hurry and she says the system is slow, whilst looking at her fone. She said I required a sim swop and I needed my ID. Also the machine that transfers contacts was not working yesterday so she is not sure if ity is working today. I offered my drivers licence as proof and she said they cannot use that and there was nothing she could do. So after 45min of my time, she helped me with nothing.
