My name is Zanele Mandlake and I have a complaint against Cell C. I took out a second contract with them in May 2013. The number is 0611610072. The monthly subscription back then was R69 per month, on postpaid 50. I migrated in October to control chat 50. I was told by the consultant who did the migration for me that the would be no penalties or additional charges and that my monthly subscription would increase by R10 to R79. I have been doing a direct deposit to Cell C of R79 since then.. I am now surprised that in November I have been billed R129. On enquiry I have been told that the extra charges are due to the migration.

I would like to have this matter resolved as I cannot be penalized twice.
