Very Poor Service Delivery and Bad Advice

I called 140 customer call cntre & placed an order for a 15/20giganight (sim only) on the 11March2013 @ cell c direct, as I am an existing customer this was no problem in terms of submitting new documents etc, when placing the order I was advised by the salesman that the sim will reach me within 24/48 hrs, I thought "Great, well done CC" however, on the 13th march I called in to confirm my delivery time, then I was told that delivery time takes 5-7 days due to the fact that Im self employed. To cut a very long story short and after many, many phone calls calling 084145 option 1 and 2 requesting a manager and the salesman to call me to resolve this most frustrating, unacceptable poor service/ bad advise, I still have not received a return call- any further advise from cellc to date 24march 2013. When I wanted to lodge a complaint the call centre lady said it is no use as their are to many complaints... No body cares at cell c and for this matter I no longer want to continue with this Purchase.. I really think the CEO should read through Hello Peter sometime so that he can see whats going on @ ground level. The managers of the respected departments contact me urgently
