Worst service I have ever received

It has been over a month trying to get the new iPhone 5C in pink on the straight up 100 contract with cell c. Starting early January I went into the gateway cell c store and was helped by Siyanda. He was very helpful and got the contract approved in record time. The problem came when they couldn't give me the phone I wanted which I do understand is a stock issue, I waited two weeks and was advised to call another department of cell c called cellc direct. On calling them on 084145, my first question to the gentlemen who answered was " do you have stock of the iPhone 5c in pink? ", he responded and said yes they do and that that is what would be delivered. To my surprise on the 24th of January a iPhone 5c in blue was delivered. The courier refused to take it back and advised me that I should call and request the collection. After calling I was told it takes 7 working days to collect and once collected another 7 to assess the phone. Calling the call centre to try and follow this up every day since placing the order is like pulling my hair out no one can help, they answer but don't talk, transfer and the call drops, I know what customer service is and cell c certainly have no clue
