Not as advertised

I have had Telkom at my house 4 times in the last month and they dont seem to be able to fix my Internet.
I bought the 1 mega bit package with them and has never seen that! I currently have 32 kb/s that is terrible!
And that it not the end of it! I have to restart my modem every hour because it seems to just stop working.
Now, regarding their call out, that is not bad, they come out very fast, but that does not help if they cant fix the problem. They should give me a refund so that I can go with Neotel atleast I had a consistent 60kb/s!
I am paying for the worst and slow internet available!
