I bought a 1 year data package from cell c in january last year for my iPad. In june I stopped receiving my data. I naturally called customer service. It is now more than 6 months, countless calls and every time I get the same story. We will escalate your case and someone will get back to you. In this last 6 months I only received one call about my problem to tell me they are working on it. (Yet I get a call once every week about new cell c deals!).

Waiting more than 6 months to get service is unacceptable! I paid for my data and I'm not getting it. I don't know what to do anymore. I phoned their complaints department and same story. Promises to get back to me but nothing. Does anyone know what else I can do.
