Cannot Do Sim Swap For More Than 2 Weeks

I do have data contact with 8ta and am experiencing some problems with my simcard. I have been trying to do a Sim swap for more that 2 weeks now @ 8ta Midrand and Randburg without success. Every-time i walk into any of this two 8ta outlet the shop assistance have told me that their system was upgraded recently and are currently experiencing some problems with Sim swap. This is the second time not getting good help from 8ta service support. Have a first applied to this data contact my account was activated after 3 weeks and i was billed for a full month service when my account was activated 3 days before the month-end. Am with hope i will get assistance from 8ta ASAP otherwise i will not pay for this contact comes end of month.
