Here we go again - fault number 36CRI150313" will endeavour to resolve the problem ASAP." This has as
usual not been attended to. Telkom is advertising its mobile service several times a day on the radio - pity
those users who are using any of their pathetic services. They have retrenched staff and spent the money
on advertising their mobile service - this is just ludicrous in view of the fact that they cannot even maintain landlines!!!
Last year my landline didn't work for 6 months as they probably assigned it to another user.
This is so frustrating having to pay rental for a telephone line/s that do not function.
Considering switching to Neotel as nothing could possibly be as bad as Telkom service - what a
disgrace!!!
