NO NETWORK COVERAGE IN COSMOCITY

I have an account with mtn of which i used to buy a laptop that comes with a moderm.my issue is that there is no network coverage in my area.now i want to know how am i suppose to run my business if i cant use all the necerssary resources that i was promised by mtn that they are suppliying? as i write this email i have more than 2000 mega bytes on my moderm that will expire soon not because i dont want to use them but because i cant use them, if there wasno network coverage in my area i should have been notified prior to purchase i feel like iam beeing riped off.i pay for this service monthly yet i get no joy from it.i run my own small business and now i have to make use of internet cafe, s everyday yet i have bought this service from mtn.mtn should deliver on their promise.calling their centre is just a waste of time because they only tell me that cosmocity doesnot have enough coverage. I BELIEVE MTN CAN DO SOMETHING I PAY MY ACCOUNT SO THEY SHOULD DELIVER.IM BEYOND ANGRY.ITS BEEN THREE MONTHS NOW SINCE I BOUGHT THE LAPTOP YET I HAVENT CONNECTED FOR ENEN 5 HOURS ON IT AND THATS IN TOTAL.
