Poor network coverage in klipfontein view ext1 mid

I have logged couple of complaints with you (mtn) guys with most recent one two weeks ago about poor network coverage around my area, i have cell phone contract which only expires in 16months and moderm purchased from mtn store, however i cannot be able to use both devices due to your bad network coverage, its costing me a lot of money to pay monthly for services i cannot be able to use due to you poor coverage you not prepared to fix, am going to the store to return both devices and will have to look for an alternative, this is frustrating, i purchased a moderm from you to be able to work at home and you continue to bill me for services you are not providing to me.
