I applied for a iphone 5 on a straight up R200 deal on the 8th of March 2013 at the westagate store i was promised R200 talk time 200 sms's and 500MB of data with no sim and connection fee. When i activated my account I was only loaded with 350 MB of data. I sent an email to the customer care team on the on Thursday the 14th of March 2013 requesting for a cap of R200 talk time and enquired if the monthly commitment of R398 will remain once the change is done. i also enquired for my monthly invoices to be emailed to me. the email was read at 20h38 on the 14th of March 2013 with no response till to date. When I inserted my simcard on the 15th of March 2013 I was alarmed when i saw that a fee of R144 was requested from my bank account .i also logged a service dispute with the call centre on the 120 days ago and i was also not provided with feedback, ref:5960321.Worst service ever.
I regret renewing my previous package and taking on a new line with you guy. I want feedback on my email sent to the customer team and i also want feedback on my service dispute or i will take this up with ICASA, NCC and processed with legal action against you guys.
And I want my 500MB of data.
