On 2 February 2013 both myself and my boyfriend went into the Sandton Vodacom Data store to have our contracts migrated over from a BlackBerry Talk 100 contract to an iPhone Talk 120S. I was advised that due to it being the 2nd of the month I would need to purchase a once off data bundle which was done. I purchased a 500MB date bundle which was included onto my Debit Order on 2 March 2013.
I then noticed at the beginning of April that this in fact had not been done. I then went into the Melrose Arch branch on 4 April 2013 to go through this same process again, costing me another R150 to purchase another 500MB data which has been debited off my account on 3 May 2013.
I then had to query with your call center regarding my bill being almost double.
Further to this, when I contacted your call center this morning, I was put on hold 3 times whilst on the call - unacceptable.
I find the service that I have received regarding this situation absolutely disgusting. I have had find spare time to arrange for this to be sorted as well as incur additional costs for the 500MB due to an error on your side with nobody at Vodacom being even remotely prepared to accept responsibility for this mistake
