My hubby phone just stop working the phone was 4months old and he handed in at Southgate branch on the 21 January 2013. Until Today he has still not heard a thing from the MtN he is currently out of town so I popped into. MTN to follow up. 2 months later and I was told the phone has scatchers and they cannot replace it. I was given the impression please just take the phone we cannot do anything. Requested to spoke to the store Manage I was given a Cell nr to call her. I told Pam she must call her the Manager Karabo never answered I was told they will send her a message until now still waiting for her call. I would like to know why the phone was not repaired or replaced and why nobody call to advise what is happening. As along standing customer to Mtn I am disgusted in there service.
