CHARGED FOR SERVICE NOT RECEIVED

October 2012 I've asked Vodacom to investigate the Network coverage in my area. 04 February 2012 Vodacom agreed to a early termination of the cellphone contract, due to the fact that I had poor network coverage in my area, and they could not tell my when this problem would be resolved. On the 4th of February 2013 they've cancelled my contract and ported my number back to MTN. The agreement was that they would send someone to collect the handset from me the following Monday at no further charge.
Since then I've queried with Vodacom a few times to try and return this handset to them but with no luck.
Vodacom keep on charging me for a handset THEY haven't collected yet and charged me for a Service I could not use. How can you charge someone for a service you did not provide and for a collection you did not do???
