On the 5th of February I complained for the first time about the terrible signal at my home. Someone phoned me that same day and said they'll get back to me regarding the issue. Surprise!! Surprise!! No-one has contacted me at all. According to the coverage map on Vodacom's website I'm supposed to have LTE signal but I can't even make a normal phone call without the call being cut. What is a customer supposed to do to get some service?
