Breach of contract

Guys I took a contract of laptop and moderm and initially there was a limit of about R200 per month.last month there was a debit of R800 (how possible is that?).i went went to the branch to complain about it and i was promised that it will be sorted out.now here is the interesting part, this month i have not used ur sim card because i bought prepaid sim card, now the account is sitting at R700.how possible is that? I am telling you keep on doing this, youwill have to pay me back my money with the interest. I am tired of complaining. How on earth I've never used sim card but i am already owing you 700 on that sim? I will escalate this matter to consumer protection, to ECASA, to all avenuse where possible until this matter is sorted out.
